About
I have traveled all over but Austin kept pulling me back. This city has a lot of charm.
Born into a family that moved to Los Angeles from Michigan, my parents had a penchant for relocating, exploring all of L.A.’s neighborhoods from north to south. My father made a living buying/renovating/selling. Being the son of a hard worker and do-it-yourselfer, he taught me all the skills of roofing, painting, wall paper, plumbing, flooring, and what quality meant. Through him I learned what makes a home a good buy.
I moved from LA to Texas in 1997, to plant new roots in Texas. Like meeting the girl of your dreams, I discovered Austin. Having traveled both in and out of the US, Austin always drew me back; the collective energy of the local art, music, business, and food scenes, coupled with old school values and high-tech growth. This city is second to none.
As a Central Austin resident, I have a keen grasp of the neighborhoods and area amenities that make each location special. Helping my children to appreciate outdoor spaces, nature, music, and culture; Austin makes for the perfect teacher.
Drawing on my extensive 30+ year background as a strength & conditioning coach, I work to understand each person’s individual real estate goals, identifying opportunities in the marketplace to achieve their unique and desired outcome, and represent their best interests throughout the process. This client-centric approach is what truly sets me apart, for the best coach is the best listener. I embrace the continued momentum of Austin’s draw and growth, from its downtown urban core, to its expansion in every direction. I am honored to observe and take part in Austin’s continued evolution.
On weekends you'll find me with my two children enjoying Taco Deli take-out on the Pfluger bridge, or having brunch at Central Standard on SoCo while people-watching. When the weather is perfect, which is almost always with about 228 days of sunshine a year, I unwind on Lady Bird Lake on a paddle board. And when the sun sets over Zilker Park, the desire for live music sets in. As a huge fan of the local music scene, you can catch me at open mic night.

“Moving from California’s Silicone Valley to Austin was a big deal for me. I had a million questions. Paul patiently answered them all.”
